What will be the order of admission with and without the first morning numbered ticket?
The order of admission is as follows
No. 1: Admission in order from the first numbered ticket in the morning
No. 2: Admission after the number of numbered tickets is called out first thing in the morning.
I have a 1-DAY ticket and a numbered 1 for the first morning numbered ticket. My
acquaintance has a Platinum ticket and a first-come-first-served ticket numbered 10. Which one will be
admitted first?
The person with the first numbered ticket in the morning will be admitted first.
Can I get front row seats with Morning First Numbered Ticket?
The first morning numbered ticket is not a ticket to secure a front-row seat. Also, the number is for
organizing admission, not for assigning standing positions in the stage area.
May I take a place?
Please do not leave luggage unattended or otherwise cause a nuisance in order to obtain a space. Any
luggage left unattended will be removed immediately.
I have a 2DAY ticket and a morning first numbered ticket. Will the numbered tickets be
valid for 2 days?
It is not valid. If you have a 2-DAY ticket and wish to use both days, please purchase a morning
numbered ticket for each day.
Can I get into SUMMER SONIC with just a numbered morning first numbered ticket?
You cannot enter. Either Platinum Ticket or 1-DAY Ticket or 2-DAY Ticket is required.
If I want to enter with my child, do I need a numbered ticket for him or her first thing in
the morning?
As with the admission ticket, this is required for primary school students and above, but only one
pre-school child may be accompanied per parent/guardian.
Please note, however, that entry to the front area is prohibited.
Is it valid after the opening time?
After the opening time, the right to priority admission will become invalid. No refunds will be made
in such cases.
Please come to the entrance by the opening time and line up in order of your number.
(Please assemble at the entrance of the area of your morning numbered ticket around 8:45 a.m.)
When can I apply for the first morning numbered ticket?
The timetable will be after the announcement of the timetable. (Scheduled around July)
Are there any conditions for applying for the first morning numbered ticket?
Those who have purchased a Platinum Ticket, 1-DAY Ticket or 2-DAY Ticket through Creativeman Member
Advance or Official Advance are eligible for this event. All other tickets are not eligible,
including trade tickets.
Is the application process on a first-come, first-served basis? Is it by lottery?
Lottery will be held.
Is there any confirmation of the purchaser’s name?
Please bring a photo ID with you. If you do not have such an ID, please have it ready by the day of
the performance.
Can I apply from overseas?
Residents of Japan are not eligible to apply.
If I want to enter with my child, do I need a numbered ticket for him or her?
As with admission tickets, elementary school students and older are required. For preschool children,
only one preschool child may accompany one parent or guardian free of charge per morning first
numbered ticket. Please note, however, that preschool children are not allowed to enter the front
area.
I have a 2DAY ticket and a numbered ticket for the first morning at Makuhari Messe. Is it
possible to exchange wristbands for 2DAY tickets on the Marine Stadium side but not at Makuhari Messe?
Customers with 2-DAY tickets and Makuhari Messe morning first numbered tickets will be able to
exchange wristbands for 2-DAY tickets at Makuhari Messe. Only those who have numbered tickets first
thing in the morning will exchange them for wristbands of all tickets at the designated entrance of
both Marine Stadium / Makuhari Messe.
Are the first morning numbered tickets for Makuhari Messe also available for Marine
Stadium?
The ticket cannot be used on dates other than the performance dates and areas indicated on the
ticket.
Is LR (left-right) on the Marine Stadium side designated as a block?
There is no block designation in the hall, only the entrance.
If the artist I am interested in performs on a different stage at Makuhari Messe and Marine
Stadium, can I change the area?
No refunds will be made. Tickets are non-refundable. Please understand this before applying.
What time should I come to the venue for the first morning numbered tickets?
Waiting areas will be set up at each entrance starting at 8:00 a.m. Please assemble at the waiting
area by 8:45 a.m. Please line up according to the instructions of the staff. Please refrain from
lining up before that time, as it may inconvenience both artists and customers.
I have a numbered ticket first thing in the morning, do I have to exchange my admission
ticket for a wristband in advance?
After confirming your admission ticket at the entrance, you will receive your wristband on the
spot.
Please gather at the waiting area of each entrance with your numbered tickets and admission ticket
first thing in the morning.
I want to go to the waiting area after purchasing goods, can I make it in time?
You will not make it in time.
When and where is Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 happening?
Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 will take place on August 23-24, 2025 at Impact Challenger Hall 1-3 in Bangkok, Thailand.

What time do the gates open, and what is the event schedule?
Gates open at 12.00 pm. The full event schedule, including artist set times, will be released closer to the event date.
How can I buy tickets, and what are the different ticket types?
Tickets will be sold in three rounds, including an early bird phase. We have 2 types of Ticket, GA and VIP and it can be purchased on Ticket Melon Platform.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Is there an age restriction for attending the festival?
The event is open to all ages. However, attendees under 9 years old and / or height under 110 cm must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there designated areas for people with disabilities?
There will be a separate entrance lane provided and a resting area at Thailand Amazing Zone .Please bring your own wheelchairs.
What items are prohibited inside the venue?
Prohibited items include outside food and drinks. Selfie monopods, cameras, video cameras, polaroid cameras, action cameras, tablets (with screens over 7 inches) and other recording devices are strictly not allowed in the hall along with light sticks over 30 cm, led banners, paper larger than a4, fans, dolls over 30 cm folding chairs, mini ladders, balloon sticks, balloons, balls, whistles, horns megaphones, laser pointers, luggage bags, long umbrellas, and umbrellas with sharp edges are strictly not allowed in the hall.
Will there be food, drinks, and merchandise available for purchase?
Yes, a variety of food, beverages, and official merchandise will be available for purchase.
Can I bring a camera or record videos during the event?
However, video cameras, professional-grade filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, action cameras, etc. are strictly prohibited. Photography is allowed only when the subject of the photo is the visitor himself/herself. Filming of the performing artists with such equipment is strictly prohibited.
Is re-entry allowed if I leave the venue during the event?
No re-entry allowed after 6:00 pm onwards
Is there a first aid or medical assistance station on-site?
Yes, medical assistance stations will be located throughout the venue.
What should I do if I lose something or need help during the event?
Visit Lost & Found or seek assistance from event staff, who will be clearly identifiable.
Where is Summer Sonic Bangkok taking place?
Summer Sonic Bangkok will be held at Impact Challenger Hall 1-3 in Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani, just north of Bangkok’s city center.
What’s the best way to get to Impact Challenger Hall 1-3?
• By Public Transport:
- Take the BTS Skytrain get off at Sri Rat station (exit 1).There will be a direct
station to Challenger hall 1 from June 2025 Stay turned for further Public transport details.
• By Car or Taxi:
- Impact Arena is easily accessible via Chaeng Watthana Road and the Udon Ratthaya
Expressway. On-site parking is available but may be limited during the festival.
• Rideshare Apps:
- Services like Grab and Bolt are widely available and a convenient option for direct
access.
Are there any nearby hotels?
Yes! Several accommodation options are close to Impact Arena, ranging
from budget stays to premium hotels. Some nearby options include:
• Novotel Bangkok Impact (connected to the venue)
• Ibis Bangkok Impact (short walk)
• Hotels in the Muang Thong Thani area offer convenient access.
• If you prefer to stay in downtown Bangkok, public transport and shuttle services make traveling
easy.

What’s the best airport for international travelers?
Bangkok has two airports:
• Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) – Ideal for most international flights, about a 45-minute drive from
Impact Arena.
• Don Mueang Airport (DMK) – Closer to the venue (around 20 minutes by car) and serves low-cost
carriers.
